Get ready for a new vision, a new mission, and a whole lot of energy!

As of January 1st, 2026, I will officially be embarking on one of the most exciting adventures of my career:

I am launching my own bespoke Advisory Practice and creating my own Firm!

This move is driven by a profound passion to solve the critical challenges of Human Capital Strategy, Corporate Governance, and Leadership Effectiveness that organizations will face during significant change or restructuring…but also managing their growth.

Drawing on my experience as former CHRO & Member of the Executive Committee of Airbus, my mission will be to deliver actionable insights and transformative counsel, grounded in navigating complexity within one of the world's most innovative industries.

More precisely, my forthcoming practice will offer dedicated Strategic Advisory and Mentorship to CEOs, Boards, CHROs, Senior Executives, Leadership Teams, and organizations… acting as a Sparring Partner and a Trusted Advisor… building resilience, challenging thinking and fostering robust decision-making!

I will officially launch my first engagements early in Q1-2026.

The name of my new firm has been finalized, and I look forward to sharing it with you in a next dedicated announcement… as soon as possible! 🤫Stay tuned!!
